Every cartridge we sell is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 18 months (inkjet), 24 months (toner) from date of manufacture. Any remanufactured cartridge found to have defects in workmanship or materials will, at the sole discretion of TonerInkSource.com, result in a full refund of the purchase price and any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges - or be replaced free of charge. Warranties for defects in workmanship or materials are limited to the replacement and/or repair of the product only.

We warrant, subject to conditions below and under normal use, that our remanufactured cartridges will not cause damage, deterioration, or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which the cartridge was originally designed. In the event that an authorized service representative provides sufficient verification that our cartridge directly and solely damaged the printer as a result of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will arrange for the repair or replacement (at sole discretion of TonerInkSource.com) of the machine at our expense.

TonerInkSource.com liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties. This limited warranty does not apply to cartridges which have been altered, damaged, improperly stored or installed, or subjected to abuse or abnormal operation

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND TonerInkSource.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE REMEDIES IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TonerInkSource.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE. SOME COUNTRIES, STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Return Requests

If you need to return a defective item, please download the form below, fill it out and email it to support@tonerinksource.com.

A UPS Return Label will be sent via e-mail to the address you provide within two to three business days following receipt of completed form. If you do not receive your label within 72 hours, please check your SPAM folder, as these e-mails are commonly routed to that folder. Once a return label has been generated, it will expire after 10 days.

Product received and determined to be defective upon analysis will be credited within 10 business days of receipt. Credit Card customers should expect a refund to their credit card within 3-5 business days after credit has been generated. Credit will not be given for items analyzed and found to be empty or non-TonerInkSource product.
